Agape Health Care Services provides free case assessment to our potential patients. To make sure that they receive the best possible care from us, we let our patients meet with their respective caregivers to assure compatibility. In addition to that, we provide free home nurse visit after care begins and free care plan meetings with family, physicians, social workers and with the other members of the health care team to ensure continuity of care.
