Our host home providers support our clients through person-centered outcomes, assisting them to achieve their life goals and dreams.

In-Home Support

We provide in-home care services which allow your loved one to maintain a level of independence that is not provided at a nursing home or assisted living facility

Residential Habilitation

Residential Rehabilitation is for individuals with drug and alcohol issues and is funded to provide assessment, preparatory work and ongoing support.

Respite Services (Hourly and Daily)

AGAPE has a team of trained, professional caregivers who can come to your home for breaks whenever needed.

Supported Living

Supported Living Services provides support to persons who have limited informal supports and have an assessed need for assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed making, eating and so much.
